Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Since most of our products are customized, returns and refunds are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • There is a printing or customization error that differs from your approved design.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

Note:

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Customized products that match the approved design and specifications are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

To request a return, follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the product (highlighting the issue), and a brief explanation of the problem.
  3. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
  4. Return Shipment: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • Approved returns due to defects, damages, or incorrect items.
  • Cancellations made before the order enters production.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • If a refund is not possible, we may offer store credit or a replacement item.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products with customization errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Orders canceled after production has started.
  • Clearance or sale items.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only if production has not started.
  • Contact our support team as soon as possible to cancel your order.
  • A cancellation fee may apply for custom orders.
